1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Eazy Studio (“Eazy Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use iBlock, our block-puzzle game (the “Game”), or visit this website (the “Website”). Eazy Studio is the data controller for information we determine the purposes and means of processing. This Policy does not replace the privacy policies of third-party services used by the Game or Website.
2. Information We Collect
Information stored on your device
The Game stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include scores, level progress, achievements, coins, earnings records, and settings such as sound, music, vibration, and ghost-preview preferences. We do not receive this information unless you use an optional online feature.
Optional account and cloud-sync information
If you create an account or sign in, we process the email address, username, account identifier, authentication information, and synchronized game-progress data needed to provide account access and cloud sync. Account and synchronized data are hosted by Supabase, our third-party service provider. You can continue to use the local version of the Game without creating an account, subject to features that require online access.
Advertising information
The Game displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and operating-system information, ad-interaction data, and diagnostics to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain the service. The Game requests ads only when it has a validated internet connection. Google’s processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and applicable ad-settings controls.
Information you send to us
If you contact us through the Website, we process the name, email address, subject, and message you submit, together with related correspondence. We use this information to respond to you, investigate reports, and keep support records.
Website technical information
When you visit the Website, our hosting and security providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and referral information in server logs. The Website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to connect to Google. We do not use a separate in-game analytics SDK based on the current version of the Game.
3. Why We Use Information
We use information to:
- save local progress and provide Game features;
- authenticate users and synchronize progress when requested;
- display and measure third-party advertisements;
- provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
- secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the Game and Website;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal Bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the following: performance of a contract or requested service for account access and cloud sync; consent where required for personalized advertising or optional communications; legitimate interests for security, service reliability, basic support, and non-personalized service improvement; and legal obligation where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the services, including to Google Mobile Ads for advertising, Supabase for optional account and cloud-sync functions, hosting and email providers for the Website and support, and professional advisers or authorities when required by law, to protect rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and must protect it under their contractual or legal obligations.
6. Retention and Security
Local Game data remains on your device until you delete or reset it, or remove the Game and its data. We retain account, cloud-sync, and support information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or security requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can play locally without creating an account.
- You can reset local progress through the Game where that function is available.
- You can manage advertising personalization through your device or Google ad settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of our processing of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
- You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may request data portability where applicable.
- You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us with enough information to verify and process the request. We may need to ask for additional information to protect account security. You may also have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR, or other laws that apply to you.
8. Children
The Game and Website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can consent under the law where you live, use the Game only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Game and Website may contain third-party services or links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information or using their services. Relevant providers include Google, Supabase, and our hosting or email providers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Game, Website, law, or our service providers. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game or Website where appropriate.
