1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Eazy Studio (“Eazy Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your use of iBlock, including its Android, iOS, and desktop versions (the “Game”), and the iBlock website (the “Website”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game or Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game or Website.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
2. Eligibility and Access
You may use the Game only if you can legally enter into these Terms. You are responsible for obtaining a compatible device, internet access where required, and any related carrier, data, or platform charges. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game or Website at any time.
3. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Eazy Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Game and Website for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, adapt, sell, rent, distribute, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Game, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Accounts and Cloud Sync
The Game may allow you to create an optional account using an email address and password. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Local play may be available without an account, but account and cloud-sync features require an internet connection and may depend on third-party services.
5. Gameplay, Virtual Currency, and Rewards
The Game may include scores, experience, achievements, levels, coins, and other digital rewards (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold; have no cash or monetary value; are not property; cannot be redeemed, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the Game; and cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law. We may correct balances, adjust rewards, or remove Virtual Items obtained through error, fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
Virtual Items do not constitute a payment account, deposit, or financial instrument. We may change their availability, pricing, earning rules, or functionality at any time, subject to applicable law. Do not rely on the continued availability or value of any Virtual Item.
6. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
The Game is supported by third-party advertising, including Google Mobile Ads. Ads may be shown only when the Game detects a validated internet connection, and rewarded ads are optional and user initiated. Third-party providers may collect or process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices.
The Game and Website may link to or integrate with services such as Supabase, Google, hosting providers, and email providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or losses caused by relying on them.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or use unauthorized software;
- interfere with the Game, Website, servers, networks, or another user’s access;
- attempt to access, alter, or delete another person’s account or data;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute Game content;
- use the Game or Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- misrepresent your identity or use another person’s credentials; or
- circumvent advertising, security, account, or access controls.
8. Intellectual Property
The Game, Website, software, designs, graphics, text, music, sound effects, trademarks, logos, and other content are owned by Emmy Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you no ownership interest in them. Any feedback you provide may be used by Eazy Studio without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without your permission where required by law.
9. Updates and Changes
We may release updates, patches, or new versions and may require you to install them to continue using the Game. We may also revise these Terms. The revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. If you continue using the Game or Website after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove account data, or limit features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the services or users, or if we discontinue the relevant service. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Game. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms, will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game and Website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, compatible with every device, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for loss of local progress, cloud-sync interruptions, device damage, connectivity failures, or third-party services, except where such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazy Studio and its officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or Virtual Items, arising from or related to your use of the Game or Website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Eazy Studio is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
14. General Terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, or transfer of the relevant business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Eazy Studio about the Game and Website, except for additional terms presented for a specific feature.
